Abstract

Effective service delivery to taget beneficiaries is obviously the only measure of success where the Government’s efforts to ensure inclusive growth in an emerging economy like India are concerned. Based on her own experience in implementing governmnet programmes at the grass root level, the author feels that eGovernment is the ideal tool to achieve this.
