Dr Gulati possesses a deep understanding of the complexities and dynamics of the digital economy, consumer protection issues, competition and the telecommunications sector. She has a keen eye for emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts, enabling her to devise insightful strategies and drive innovative initiatives. One of Dr Gulati’s greatest strengths is her ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise ideas that can be easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders. She has proven her effectiveness in communication by successfully presenting intricate digital and telecommunications strategies to diverse audiences, including Vice Chairman and CEO NITI Aayog. Being a part of these interactions has helped me to learn from her and refine my communication skills as well.

In addition to her exceptional subject matter expertise and leadership skills, Dr. Gulati is highly adept at managing projects and collaborating with stakeholders. We successfully completed several projects such as the formulation of Right of Way guidelines, a Toolkit on Consumer Protection in the Digital Age, a Toolkit for Advanced Digital Communication Technologies etc.
