She Inspires: IIT Delhi Alumni Association

Spoke at “She Inspires” on behalf of the IIT Delhi Alumni Association. SHE INSPIRES’ highlights the achievements and stories of remarkable women who have overcome challenges and barriers to positively impact their communities and beyond. By sharing these stories, SHE INSPIRES hopes to motivate and inspire other women to follow their dreams and achieve their goals. The movement also provides a platform for women to connect, share their experiences, and support one another. I always stress the importance of encouraging women colleagues, creating a sisterhood at work, and being an example to both men and women.
